Refund Policy

My #1 priority is happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 7 business days of receiving the order.  If you wish to make a return, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.  

If the error occurred on our end, please let us know as soon as possible and we will remake and ship immediately.

If the error was typed/input on your end, you must make another purchase. Pear Tree Personalizations cannot be held responsible for errors on the customer's end.
